There was also a physical bus tour series, complete with an audio tour host and pre-recorded clips of interviews from artists and site organizers. We hosted 7 bus tours over 4 days. Thank you to Sue Spaid for being an incredible host!
For the 2024 FotoFocus Biennial, we created an audio/visual history tour of underground art spaces of Cincinnati. Folks were be able to self-guide through the outdoor exhibition (map and list of stops below along with installation images) and access the audio files both here and via qr codes at the sites. Each site had an informational poster attached via wheatpaste or vinyl where the artist-run space previously existed.
The Tour featured 10 former artist run spaces, each with information available at the site. Links to information about each space and the full audio interviews with former organizers is linked below:
